How to use Clause Check

1. Pick a document type from the list at the top, such as Plaint, Affidavit, NDA or Sale Deed. Court filings, agreements and property documents are grouped.
2. Name your document in the box so your summary and files are labeled.
3. Go through each clause. Tap Present if it is in the document, Flag if it needs a closer look, or Missing if it is not there. Tap again to undo. Add a note under any clause.
4. Add your own clauses with the box below the list. They stay on that checklist.
5. Finish the review. Create a summary to copy, print the review, or export it as text or CSV.
6. Save your own checklist with the box near the bottom. Make a copy of the current one or start a blank one. It appears under My checklists in the document list.
7. Choose a state at the top (All India, Tamil Nadu or Kerala) to add state-specific clauses. The Key law box shows the main statute and sections.
8. Prepare arguments near the bottom: paste case facts or document text and the app drafts an outline. Check every point and authority yourself.
